Mena Méndez

Dr. Paulina Mena Méndez is a Mexican clinical psychologist with a focus on narrative therapy and a gender perspective. She specializes in issues concerning Specialist in families, domestic violence, single parents, migration, and bicultural families. She has worked as a clinical and social psychologist and crisis intervention specialist (or counselor) at the Mexican Red Cross and in the private practice.

Throughout her professional career she has taught workshops on Gender Roles and Stereotypes, Satisfaction with Body Image, Sexuality, Reproductive Health and Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. Dra. Mena Méndez provides consultations and workshops in Spanish, English and German, online and / or in person. Lives in the Bodensee region (BW).

As a researcher, Dra. Mena Méndez is a Social Anthropologist from the Center for Research and Higher Studies in Social Anthropology. Federal District Headquarters. She has been a visiting professor at different Mexican Universities and Institutions such as El Colegio de México, Universidad de Tlaxcala, among others. She has also participated as a speaker in national and international Congresses and Colloquia (Germany, Spain, United States). She has published articles in specialized magazines and book chapters.
