Throughout my professional career, I have taught workshops on gender roles and stereotypes, satisfaction with body image, sexuality, reproductive health, and prevention of child sexual abuse.
I provide consultations and workshops in Spanish, English, and German, online and/or in person. I live in the Bodensee region, Germany.
As a researcher, I am a social anthropologist from the Center for Research and Higher Studies in Social Anthropology (Federal District Headquarters). I have been a visiting professor at different Mexican universities and institutions, such as El Colegio de México, Universidad de Tlaxcala, among others. I have also participated as a speaker in national and international Congresses and Colloquia (Germany, Spain, the United States). I have published articles in specialized magazines and book chapters.

My Approach
Through narrative therapy I intend to build, together with my client consultant, a new narrative about their life, which will allow them to reconstruct themselves and alleviate the situations that afflict them. In this sense, psychotherapy constitutes a space for change, which allows us to identify what is preventing our clients from living as they wish. In the construction of narratives, clients and therapists go hand in hand in the search for new ways of understanding themselves.
